The Contract Between Us
Natures Baits (“we” or “us”). Natures Baits are located at Unit 23, Sutton Lane, Hilton, Derby. DE65 5HX. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they set out the rules for how we run the website and supply the goods which you may purchase through this website.

All product imagery and website design displayed anywhere on this website are the sole property of Natures Baits. These images, design and text must not be reproduced, modified, distributed or used for any commercial purposes in any way.

Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched within 5 working days.

Delivery charges stated are for UK mainland only. Price available on request for all other areas.

Minimum delivery charge is £2.80 with costs rising according to weight.

To ensure our freezer baits are delivered to you at the peak of freshness, we only post frozen products out on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. This allows an extra working day should there happen to be any delay on carriage.
Any orders received for frozen products on a Wednesday will be despatched the following Monday (subject to Bank Holidays) and we ask you to bare this in mind when ordering.

Non-frozen products will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of the order being received.

All orders require a delivery address where someone will be present between 8am and 6pm to take delivery and a contact telephone number is also required.

Tracking information will be available for any order placed with next day courier delivery.

Should you require goods to be left in a safe place, please inform us at the time of ordering.

Natures Baits cannot accept any liability for any goods left in a safe place.

Occasionally there may be a slight variation in colour of products. This is due to availability of ingredients and the photographic climate as displayed on the website. Natures Baits would like to assure you this in no way compromises the quality or performance of the product and any such variations are likely to be negligible.

PACKAGING

Your purchase will be packaged in a cardboard box.

Carriage.

Packages up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail.  Larger or heavier packages are delivered by courier.

If you are not at home when the delivery is expected, the courier will leave in a safe place or with a neighbour or pre-arranged safe place if this was stated at the time of ordering.

If you miss the delivery and you collect your package from the nearest depot after a non-delivery card has being left by the courier, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or losses caused.

Natures Baits accept no responsibility for any damage caused by couriers and/or delays incurred by their actions. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours and photographic evidence sent.

Should your parcel arrive in a damaged condition ,please make the delivery person aware, follow their company procedure for such events and contact us within 24 hours so we can deal promptly and efficiently with the situation.

Returns
Our returns policy only covers damaged goods. It does not cover change of mind or colour variations due to individual monitor settings. In cases of damaged of faulty goods, this fact must be communicated to the delivery company at time of delivery. You should then email Natures Baits within 24 hours of delivery and we will advise you accordingly.

Pricing
All prices stated are the responsibility of Natures Baits. We reserve the right to change them at any time. Any offers or promotions are run at our discretion and are valid until the date shown or until we decide to cancel them. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any offers or promotions at any time. Any offer or promotion is only for bait purchases unless otherwise stated.

Shopping With Us
Please note the colours displayed on the website may not be identical to the bait supplied, the colours may differ slightly due to lighting effects or specification of monitor/equipment viewed on, the colours on the website are as close as possible to the original. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Payment
All transactions are handled through our secure online payment gateway, PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card, PayPal will still securely process your payment. We do not store or retain your personal card details ourselves. We cannot process payment over the telephone.

Privacy Policy

Any information held on this website of customers will only be used in the context for which it was acquired, we will not forward any details on and we do not hold any customer’s credit/debit card details.
